Working with IMSWorkX

You can find information about the Evolve IMSWorkX Service Delivery Platform using the secure Customer Portal available at www.imsworkx.com. Here you have access to your purchased software, all user documentation, the Knowledge Center where you can ask questions and interact with other developers, and if needed, you can submit requests directly to the Customer Support team.

This portal is protected by a username and password so that it can be used only by your company representatives. For more information and to create an account, click the Support tab on the www.imsworkx.com homepage.

Contacting Customer Support

Customers with a support contract may wish to contact the Customer Support team by email or phone.

  • For non-service affecting system issues, send an email message describing the problem to support@imsworkx.com. A representative will respond to your message by the next business day. For a list of the information you should gather when contacting support, go to www.imsworkx.com/portal/support/contact.

  • For a service-affecting system issue, contact the Customer Support team directly at +1 737-312-4960. A representative of this team is paged and will respond in a timely manner. For emergency or after hours support, call +1 737-312-4960.
