As a CRS user, the user can manage information from any telephone keypad using an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) interface.
From this keypad interface, audio recordings present the user with a menu of keypad entries. Once an entry is selected by pressing a key, and audio prompts then walk the user through each procedure. For each keypad input, the user has up to three tries to dial a valid response on the keypad. If a valid response is not dialed on one of those three tries, the user is directed to a customer service representative.
Dial the CRS access number provided by the service provider.
At the prompt, dial the 10-digit account number followed by #.
Tip
If the incorrect account number is entered, disconnect the call and call back.
Dial the PIN followed by #.
Tip
If the incorrect PIN is entered, the prompt asking for the PIN will repeat. If the incorrect PIN is entered 3 times, the account will be locked out and you will be redirected to a customer service representative.
You can hang up at any point to end the call. However, changes may not be saved if the call is ended before completing each step of a procedure.
From the Main Menu, dial 99.
Dial the new PIN followed by #.
If correct, dial 1.
If not correct, dial 2.
To cancel without saving, dial 3 to return to the Main Menu.
Once correct, the new PIN is saved, and you will be rerouted to the Main Menu.
From the Main Menu, dial 17 to go to the CRS Menu.

Dial 1 to redirect a group with the group number.
Dial the identification number of the group or supergroup to redirect.
A prompt with the available redirect options will play.
Dial the number of the desired redirect option to use.
An announcement stating the group number and the selected redirect option will play.
The selection is saved, the redirect action will occur immediately, and you will be rerouted to the CRS Menu.
From the Main Menu, dial 17 to go to the CRS Menu.
Dial 1 to edit routing options.

Dial 1 to redirect a group with the group number.
Dial the identification number of the group or supergroup to redirect.
A prompt with the available redirect options will play.
Dial 0 to redirect the group or supergroup to a specific phone number.
Dial the 10-digit phone number to redirect to.
An announcement stating the number to redirect to will be played.
The selection is saved, the redirect action will occur immediately, and you will be rerouted to the CRS Menu.
From the Main Menu, dial 17 to go to the CRS Menu.
Dial 1 to edit routing options.

The selection is saved, the redirect action will occur immediately, and you will be rerouted to the CRS Menu.

Dial 2 to hear statuses.
A prompt to hear the active redirect options will play.
Dial 1 to hear the status of a specific group.
Dial the identification number of the group or supergroup to hear the redirect option it is currently using.
An announcement stating the current redirect option will play.
From the Main Menu, dial 17 to go to the CRS Menu.
Dial 2 to hear statuses.
A prompt to hear the active redirect options will play.
Dial 2 to hear the status of all groups.
An announcement will play listing all groups and their current redirect option. Press any key to stop the list.
At the end of the list, you will be rerouted to the CRS Menu.
From the Main Menu, dial 17 to go to the CRS Menu.
Dial 2 to hear statuses.
A prompt to hear the active redirect options will play.
Dial 3 if you do not know the 3-digit identification number of the group.
Dial a 10-digit phone number in the group.
An announcement stating the group number and its current redirect status will play.
From the Main Menu, dial 17 to go to the CRS Menu.
Dial 3 to find a group number.
Dial a 10-digit phone number in the group.
An announcement stating the group number will play.
From the Main Menu, dial 0. The call will be answered by the next available customer service agent for further assistance.
