Some settings did not save to the current forwarding number.
Call Manager could not be activated on a basic provisioned number.
Subscribers could not edit their own accounts.

When creating a Subscriber account, the time zone and default number settings were not saved.
A password could not be changed from the account page.
Archived files were not removed after the Max Inactive Days limit was reached.
The configured egress route was not being used.
The permissions column was missing when administrator records were exported.
The Forwarding Plan duration always showed as 1 hour in the web UI.
The Forwarding Plan only actually forwards for a duration of 5 hours or more.
No email message was received when creating a new Subscriber account.
When editing a Subscriber, the Notes field did not save.
Subscribers with active forwarding plans could not be modified.

- There were several issues when using the IVR:
Dialing 0 to contact a customer service representative resulted in a system error and did not behave as expected.
Entering an invalid PIN resulted in a system error.
The Speed Call Menu did not work properly.
Entered values for date or time were not verified to have the correct format.
Changes were saved even when they were indicated as being incorrect.
Hearing current forwarding settings resulted in a system error.
Locked accounted were still able to log in.
