The background process that monitored, and kept alive, idle connections was conflicting with active connections under a mixed load of traffic. This thread was removed. Connection errors or connections that close are automatically restored and queries are retried after an error is generated from using a closed connection.

There was an issue with route advance rules being signaled in SIP redirect flows. A phone number routing destination with multiple ring to numbers will now redirect to the first ring to number only when a SIP redirect flow is selected.

Large call plans caused the Call Plan page to not respond. An error message is now displayed when a call plan exceeds the maximum size that can be loaded. Users can export the call plan as a CSV to review and modify them as needed.
